Welcome to Nagoya

Location of our campus

Kinjo Gakuin University is located in the northeast part of Nagoya City, a nature-blessed locale rich in greenery and water resources. Our campus provides an ideally quiet environment enabling students to lead a fruitful university life.
The city of Nagoya, the third largest city in Japan, is easy to reach by the Shinkansen (the high-speed bullet train) and the Central Japan International Airport, locally called Centrair.
Our campus, easily accessible via public transport, is about 20 minutes by the Meitetsu Seto Line train from Sakae, the downtown area of Nagoya. The convenient location of our campus to the downtown area enables students to lead a fulfilling campus life.

STEP 1 - JR CHUO LINE (From Nagoya Station to Ozone Station)
From the JR Tokaido Shinkansen Line at Nagoya Station transfer to the JR Chuo Line by going to platform 7 or 8. Any train leaving from platform 7 or 8 goes to Ozone Station. It is the 4th stop from Nagoya Station and takes about 10 minutes.

STEP 2 - Transfer to the MEITETSU SETO LINE (From Ozone Station to Omori Kinjo Gakuin Mae Station)
Exit the train, turn left, and walk down a long walkway to the exit ticket wicket at the bottom of the stairs. After passing through the ticket wicket, follow the signs to the Meitetsu Seto Line Ozone Station entrance. Take the Meitetsu Seto Line train leaving from platform 1 to Omori Kinjo Gakuin Mae Station. It costs 230 yen and takes about 10 minutes. All trains will stop at Omori Kinjo Gakuin Mae Station.

Get off the train at Omori Kinjo Gakuin Mae Station. Exit through the north exit. Do NOT go up the stairs and cross to the other side of the station. After exiting the station, turn left and walk to the intersection. At the intersection, turn right, cross the street, and walk uphill until you get to Kinjo Gakuin University. It will take about 5 minutes. You will see an 8-story building on your right side. Go to the security office on the first floor of this building, and let CIEP know that you have arrived.
